In rare cases, PC Core may find a customer to be using server / network resources to such an extent that he or she may jeopardize server performance and resources for other customers. In such instances, PC Core reserves the right to impose the High Resource User Policy for the consideration of all customers.

PC Core reserves the right to discontinue / suspend services without notice should any hosting account exceed CPU, database, and network thresholds on our servers which may cause service interruption to other customers.

We guarantee our network will be operational 24/7/365 100% of the time 12-months out of the year. Any maintenance performed on a server provisioned to the network that will require down time for any reason will be scheduled during off peak times (CST) and with at least a 24-hour notice to our customers excluding unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances such as sudden equipment failure and or unplanned emergency intervention.

PC Core's guarantee of 100% network service uptime allows for a maximum 45 minutes of server maintenance outage per month as defined here. If any server has any additional 45 minutes of downtime (90+ minutes in total) due to ongoing or unplanned maintenance PC Core will credit 1 month for every month not meeting the advertised uptime.

In order for you to receive a credit on your account, you must request such credit within seven 72-hours after your web site has experienced the down time. You must request credit by sending an electronic mail message through our Contact Page . Credits will usually be applied within thirty (30) days of your credit request. Credit to your account shall be your sole and exclusive remedy in the event of an outage.
