 |  Link Exchange rules? I would like to know the webmasters opinion with experience in sites and forums on the net. I have the feeling that each time search engines and more and more important. |

| Re: Link Exchange rules? Jaimeg, I think it's a little bit of everything. You do want to diversify your efforts sometimes. So while link exchange is important, SEO is getting more popular all the time.

| Re: Link Exchange rules? That's true. Google is discouraging link exchange. However, people are going around it by doing three-way exchange i.e. A link to B and C will link A. B and C are owned by the same person. |

| Re: Link Exchange rules? There is no exact rule for link exchange. 2-way link exchange is been discoursed as they don't reflect the standard of the content. Better you go for 1 way link exchange. SEs will not find back to back link ... it might help you in backlink and PR.

| Re: Link Exchange rules? I think Google never mention about they disagree for link exchange. No doubt, link exchange can increase traffic at the same time can help a little on PR too. But bear in mind, only link with the sites relevant with your website.
