I was interested in * Shorten the title to 55 characters or less.

Can you explain why this is useful? I hadn't heard the 55 cjaracters mentioned before

The use of header tags is an important part of SEO, but I think that it would be best if you concentrate on structuring the page using header tags, as opposed to only using the h1 tag. Proper hierarchy is important, and believe it or not, the search engines do look at proper use of page elements, including headings....

Its just from experience. 55 or around characters title is good from search engines. Also search engines gives more importance on the words to the left then words on the right.

A doorway page is a page that has been specifically designed as a means to drive traffic to another site using a redirect. Sometimes, a splash page is also referred to as a doorway page, but not all splash pages are intended to be doorway pages.

Cloaking is when a page is delivered to the search engines that differs from what is delivered to it's visitors.

Both types of pages are considered to be spam by most search engines, and using these techniques has caused many websites to be banned from search engine index's

Interesting question,once banned how do you get back in a again,one of my old sites had this done to it some time back but it never regained it back into google.

Is there a way ????

I'm not sure...I've never had a site that was banned. I believe that with Google, they have a special request form that you can fill out, it might be called a reinclusion request or something along those lines. I would strongly suggest that you fix any possible violations before submitting one, and be patient, very patient, after you have submitted it..

H tag is useful and give more weight on the single keywords

# Use it at least once in your H1 <h1> Tag . This should be main heading or title of your web page. On this blog post the H1 title is “How to Use Keywords”. The H1 tag should different on each page, and not the web site name. Only use ONE H1 tag on any given page.
# Use it in one of your subheads. Your subhead should be an H@ <h2> tag. H2 tags can also, and should, hold secondary keywords, but including the main keyword is effective. Most web pages would benefit from subheads from a user perspective as well as for optimization help.
