Mit, i think this is a very attractive website apart from the scrolling client list at the right side. I'm telling this because it distracted my attention from the main content.
These are my thoughts that may help you to achieve better rankings:

choose if you like www or non-www version and let search engines know your decision using htacess redirect,
redirect the index.html to the selected domain,
choose the desired expression for your inner pages and don't link them with different terms, if you do so use nofollow, since i think the different anchors pointing to the same pages confuses SEs, so try to avoid linking important contents with dofollow "<<back" and so on.
express the achieved results at the testimonals page, i think trends, percentage traffic volume improvement would be much more convincing,
and the most important thing, do not forget to submit your site to the best seo related directory that ever existed on the Internet

I have many examples of website who ranks very well with doing the same.

I like the design, and I don't mind the scrolling box on the right. However, I didn't recognize any of the companies (I'm in the U.S.) - I assume your target market would recognize the company names???
