Sorry but your gonna hate me...!

The header image is heavily pixelated and hurts the eyes
The text is too small and cramped, it would take real effort to read it
The navigation on the left is "squashed"
The shoutbox dissapears off the bottom of the screen.

I didnt go any further, and probably you will loose visitors who will do the same.

I have to agree with Mid - it doesn't encourage you to read... it's far too difficult!

I would suggest:

• Cut down on text content on front page - just use intro text to grab attention then lead user to separate page for the rest of the text
• Make the text BIGGER! It's far too small
• Sort out your navigation menu - it's almost impossible to read, so people won't bother
• Add some pics in amongst the text
• I found the blobby text on your main logo difficult to read

The site's probably a good idea, so don't be too discouraged, but you really do need to make visiting it a more pleasant experience!

I suggest you to install the sh404 sef component. Beside the suggestions above i would create a custom favicon and remove the administrator link from the menu, in order to avoid to be a popular target of script kiddies.

I believe you have missed the concept of CSS. U need a quick CSS revamp.
Header image don't make any impression.
Left nav looks difficult.

You may have a good concept and text, but website is far from the standard.

Sorry ... try little bit hard!

Aesthetically not appealing. You have great content but its far too much to digest. Break up your content a bit more and be brief. But the glarring problems would be the template and graphics.
