Unfortunely IE 7 stills VERY slow compared to firefox or safari (standard installation).. IE is too much comercial and is just a plain imitation of Firefox.. Regarding Firefox is constantly in development and allways with bugfixes and one thing i really like is the mod integration!

![]() | I go with Mozilla, you can open multiple tabs of windows at a time and you get less pop-ups on it compare to IE. |

| Member | IE 7 in all fairness is pretty much Firefox, with the tabs etc But, for me, I will always stick with FireFox due to its improved saftey. Still, no doubt it will come under attack the more its popularity grows.

![]() | There are certain benefits that mozilla provides. First of all it allows tabbed browsing. This is of tremendous help to someone who wants to exploit every minute of using the internet and it is also much neater and easier to view 10 tabs in a single window instead of viewing 10 different windows! second is mozilla works equally efficiently on different operating systems like Windows, UNIX, Linux and BSD. third is Firefox mozilla also provides extensive page-control. You can block ads, pop-ups, images, etc. you can also toggle with the font type and color of the websites. |

![]() | 1) Mozilla web developer tools is da smexy. I love firebug and couldn't live without it. If there weren't any firefox addons for web developers, however, I wouldn't bother with it. I would like opera more; it comes with a torrent client and a cool homepage. It really is all down to preference. If IE does what you need, use IE. I am using it right now. Because I have so many bookmarks, I like to use different browsers for different things. Safari is reserved for when firefox has it's crash attacks, IE is used for... almost nothing, Opera is used for torrent runs and forum browsing, and I use firefox for web development and normal browsing. (I have so many browsers mainly because I need to cross-browser test what I do) 2) What does this have to do with search engines? |
