Marblehost.com also gives you a free for life domain with their shared hosting plans, you will still need a hosting, won't you? or will you be looking for free hosting as well?

Let me know too about free registration without purchasing any hosting service. I think this will never happen. Or may be one of the entry-level companies will do this like an advertising action to prevent customers.
