As John says (I guess your name is John mate) I am more worried about Serps than PR,

Yeah, I would like a nice PR, but I would rather be in the top ten results for what I same selling SERP wise.

You can never tell that PR is useless..why do google create it if it is useless?
PR is Google's way to determine site's importance. It matters because it is one of the factors that determines a page's ranking in the search results. It isn't the only factor that Google uses to rank pages, but it is an important one.

No everybody does not try to get high PR something we keep trying to get accross to you, I dont care if I am -100PR myself aslong as my serp's are good and my traffic is high and of good quality thats all I care about and PR will not help either.

Pr isnt to determine sites importance ? how and earth would that work ? how do u say what sites more important ? as its differnet for everyone ?

Google pagrank has nothing to do with serps !

Why do you have doubt in your mind?
you need lots of links to get to ranking you desire. Try to get backlinks for reputed/high ranked websites. Ask for link exchanges, buy links, submit to directories etc.

I think having a high PR makes your page make a quality web, and many other web would like to link exchange and reputation it would hold in web community....

It's all about external links pointing to your site. The more quality links you have the higher the PR.

The end of the day PR is not really that important

PR is great but Google developed it not just for determining the rankings of websites and that is why many low PR websites are among th top ten Google results.
