Here is a simple SERP rank checker I made today

I like to share it here.

The tool shows your site ranking with an assigned keyword by searching from G top 1000 search results.

One of mine came out at Awesome

It would be better if it didn't clear the search fields each time you submit, as most people will want to try different search terms with same site URL. Even better would be to allow multiple search terms on same site.

It's a nice tool. U can just edit a little, if it find me between 1-100, no need to show anymore range ... hope u understand what I'm saying.

It is a nice tool...Prevents me from having to thumb through each page individually to find my site...It would be nice if you could do Yahoo and MSN too...

I agree with Hasaan, if it finds the site in the results, it should stop there.

Thanks that is a good suggestion.

I though about that before.

Yet there is another tip to use the tool.
It may list up to all 1000 to be showed.
example: http://www.seoserp.com?k=tv+business+lounge&u=http

Perhaps I need to add more options to for 1-100 indexed results.

Great tool, but a question.

I did a search for our site, www.buenoinvestments.com :

1 ~ 100
Google Preview
google.com very popular for the keyword search ... good SERP...try harder you can beat Google!!! rank # 44 ( http://www.buenoinvestments.com/advi...me_schemes.php)

But if you go to google.com and type in income schemes, we are position 2.

Am I not using it correctly?

Be aware that Google update Data Centers info or switch DCs very often and may affect SERPs changed swiftly.

Still nothing wrong.

It might be a message that shows some where in the world the ranking is there from any one of G's DCs .
