the colors are nice

I don't like any of the border lines that you have used.
the borders on most of the html elements of the page don't have a purpose or don't blend nicely with the rest of the objects on your page

some of the photos on the header have a background color other than the white that is your default background color and it shows

the hair care photo is wrongly cut and a leaf (I think its a leaf) is only half presented

the logo fonts could be a little more AROMA friendly. they look like burning letters and could be distracting to the visitor.

I would also make the language flags smaller

those might seem like minor details but its what is going to change the site from "amatuer" to "professional" looking

HI Viman-
Disregarding my affiliation with canines -- I am training as an esthetician so that is where my two cents is based from:
So the great thing about your site --- you are selling products in a multi-billion dollar industry. I'm sure you realize that!
So in terms of website improvement - you are trying to sell products for the senses...and I feel that b/c the only senses that you can really convey via your website is sight and sound...you should optimize that.
In terms of sight: the use of white space (in most instances gives a more polish, professional look) however I feel the overuse of white space gives the site a sterile feel. I think having a color scheme will help create an ambiance and set a tone that is more conducive to selling esthetic products. Even something that has a "textured" look to it may be more appealing. Certain tones of green gives a feel of calm, serenity, refreshment....
The apparent images of products...though I understand makes people aware of what you are selling...is truly is not necessarily the best way to market the products. You need to give a sense of the results of the products...for instance the relaxing aroma of a nice incense or the wonderful feel of a nice massage with one of the oils --- all of which can be conveyed with a nice image of someone getting a massage.... So I suggest maybe starting with a homepage that displays this rather than just showing off products right away.
In terms of sound -- maybe have a nice background music...
Successful spas are not so much about products (though that makes up 75% of revenue)...it is creating an ambiance in which luxuriant relaxation and peace is attainable...

hope that helps and good luck!

Hi,
You have to decide whether you intend to do any SEO to deliver customers to your site. i say this because design then becomes crutial to reduce code and have alinkung structure that will help you.
In your case you have too much code and you use Java script a lot. Well designed sites reduce javascript to a minimum as search engine do not read this.
You also do not have alot of wriiten content.
CSS is the key to reduced code.
