Sorry to hear that. Maybe I'm wrong, but you leave me the impresion that you are in somehow related with http://www.domainsecondhand.com/appraisal.htm
Imagine that I will not spend 500$ to appraisal the domains you "wanna buy"... and after, you'll tell me some excuse for not buying them.
I think all this proposal of 35.000$ was a fake to make me buy your services. I realised this since the begining, when I tried to see more articles from: http://domaintalk.ourplace.com/Archive/750328.htm and I saw that is a fake forum.

have a nice day and remember that GOD sees everything!

Sorry, but it's difficult to understand your position.

As a seller, you can use a valuation certificate to sell names to other
buyers. I cannot do the same because I don't keep control over your domain.

I'm still interested in your domain. Hope you'll change your position. I
simply don't want to take additional risks.

Thank you for understanding. I'm looking forward to do business with you.

Dear William Quigley,

I'm sorry to inform you that our policy do not let us to make appraisal. This valuation don't make us change the price of the domains. We know the price of our domains and nothing will make us change them. All we can do is to make package discounts!
You told us a price for the domains, this means you valuated already the domains, of this is your budget. At this price, we offered you a 20% discount !!! This is 7.000$ discount!!! On the other hand... why pay 1000's $ on valuation when you can keep the money?

Thank you for your interested,
GKTeam

PS: We accept PayPal and wire.

We both neeI independent valuation first.

Sellers always provide buyers with valuations. This is a common practice.

It's hard to believe that someone from GoDaddy will do a research for only $15. It means their service is automated. I trust manual services only.

I researched several companies and here are the results:

I wanted to use Afternic.com, but their service is questionable after all.
Just read this:
http://www.igoldrush.com/links3.htm
"Capsule Review: After lots of complaints, Afternic is no longer a recommended service. We will re-review the service in the near future."

Another complaint
http://www.out-law.com/page-1630

So we should avoid Afternic.com.

The same is true for GoDaddy and SEDO. Their services are not manual since they are cheap. Nobody will do a research for several bucks. They are just collecting money using their well-known names.

I asked about other reputable appraisers in a forum. Several experts recommended me DomainSecondHands' appraisal service -
http://www.domainsecondhand.com/appraisal.htm as a fast, accurate and non-expensive (about $70 or something like that) manual service.

I also trust the manual appraisal service from http://www.DomainMart.com but it's very expensive - $200/hour. This service was also recommended by many people. If you can afford $200 DomainMart.com's fee it would be great. They also provide cheap automated service but it's not acceptable.

Hello, usually I don't use domain appraisal because I think there is waisted money. If for example greatdomains.com will say to me that a domain name worth 60.000$ there is not the amount of money that I'll take for it....
So if you are interested in buying those domain names we can give you 20% and if you still want to appraisal you will pay for it and the final price will be 35000$ with 20% discount minus the amount of money that you payed for apprisal.
We accept PayPal.
Thank you!

Hello,

Can you accept 35000 USD for the following package:
mazdastore.com (expires: 10/02/2011)
mazdastore.net (expires: 10/02/2011)
mazdastore.org (expires: 10/02/2011)
opelstore.com (expires: 02/04/2011)
opelstore.net (expires: 02/04/2011)
audistore.net (expires: 30/01/2011)
audistore.org (expires: 30/01/2011)

Do you sell domain with a web site or just name?

If just name it's ok. Web site is not necessary.

Have you had your domains appraised already? Can you show me your valuation certificates? As fas I know it's a common practice to show appraisal of domain name (even without traffic and web site) before doing business.

Without appraisal I risk to overpay. In other words I won't be able to make a profit on reselling this name. It's very important for you and me to know the current market value of your domains.

Of course, we must be sure that you are engaging an appraisal company with REAL manual service. I heard many appraisal companies often made inaccurate auto-generated appraisals. I will only accept appraisals from independent sources I trust. To avoid mistakes I asked domain experts about reputable appraisal companies in a forum

http://domaintalk.ourplace.com/Archive/750328.htm

Just check this posting.

If the appraisal comes higher you can adjust your asking price accordingly. I also hope you can give me 10% - 15% discount of the appraised value.

After I get an appraisal from you we'll continue our negotiations.

How do you prefer to get paid: www.escrow.com, www.PayPal.com check or wire?

Hope we can come to an agreement fast.

Looking forward to your reply.
