How to record a demo for my products

Hey

I am looking for a screen recorder program to record step by step How-to demo for my products. I would appreciate if someone could suggest a good and inexpensive screen recorder software?

Here's the software. It's the worlds most popular "screen recording" software.

Camtasia Studio:

If you for some reason don't like it, the only other one I recomend is DeskShare:

Actually I found out a few days ago that
Camtasia 3 is free for a limited time

Yes I know but you forgot to mention that its actually free
Most people know or will see that Camtasia is actually $299 and might be discouraged

try to use fake webcam or webcam simulator or a program similar to those two. Fake webcam is free I guess. There are many out there.
