The Hunt for 2 New Moderators! *CLOSED*

** NOMINATIONS CLOSED **

iWEBTOOL is seeking out two new moderators to assist in contributing and helping the forums grow to be a reputable and friendly community.

Two members with devotion, leadership skills, good english grammar, and decisive judgement will be chosen. Their permissions will be limited to editing, deleting, modifying posts. As time goes on and you prove yourself capable of trusting with more advanced permissions, we'll promote ya.

Submit your nomination (just 2 at most please; and not yourself) to compuXP as a private message WITH: a good reason or explanation. Then, the current staff will decide which 2 are best.

1. be an active contributor to the community (not a newcomer anymore)
2. have prior moderator or admin experience (if you know of any)
3. have good english grammar (good spelling, etc.)
4. be reputable among peers and business (if applicable)

The 2 members will be chosen around the beginning of June; maybe sooner.

Submit nominations now! You have about a week or two... reply if you have questions.

Guys... look - you can't nominate yourselves. I've already gotten 4 requests of people nominating themselves... if you want to nominate SOMEBODY ELSE, then PLEASE pm me - I don't have time to send PMs to all interested members.

Hmm can you tell me the names of those who nominated themselves than i can ask them to nominate me in return i will nominate them , this way they are happy and i am happy and above all ur happy.

Cause i simply fail to understand how one can nominate someone as i doubt anyone has the 6th sense to figure out these 2 things :

How can one know about a person if he has ever been a mod or admin ? And having good english and grammar doesnt make a mod a good mod.

Hi A1,

No, I'm not going to tell you the names of those who nominated themselves because then the whole reason we have you nominate OTHER people would have no point.

As for those two things, once nominated, we do a background check. You don't need to know them.

And the good English grammar presents a good, professional look to the forums. We don't want any 13 year old kid as a moderator; we need somebody that can at least type right.

If this doesn't work itself out within 24 hours, I'm going to close and cancel the whole idea and we'll just choose 2 new moderators without any member input and it can't be done democratically since you all have shown you're too immature to handle this option.

Why can't a 13 year old kid be a moderator? You are 14 so why can't a 13 year old be a moderator? THats unfair

I do believe I am 15, Tai. And 16 this August. The reason I am a moderator here is because I had business connections with the owners.

All we need is somebody (or two people) that are professional, just, and reliable. Age technically doesn't matter but we don't young and unprofessional teenagers if we can avoid it...
