What is the ideal amount of links per week that you would recommend for a natural link building program

Hi,

There is no exact reply to your question because it completely is dependent on how competitive your niche is, and how your other competitors are adding links.

A question that I would love to see answered as well.

One report says no more than 100 outbounds, another report suggests that as long as the links are relevant, there is no natural limit.
