You should be selling $50.00+ for 10 posts. It is quality over quantity with this kind of thing. You would need to pre-pay (half) and then pay the other half after they write quality informative posts on your forum. Users generally join forums that have good information about what a forum is about. If you have 30 quality posts ALL OVER the forum (not just in one area), then you will have a more quality place. Even if you are just starting out and want it to seem active, just create a few accounts for yourself via the admin panel and post away with all of them. It may seem like you are talking to yourself, but it works.

Cheap posts that anyone can make is something anyone can do, including the admin. Just spend an hour posting and you will have over 100 posts. However, quality posts that take knowledge are more valuable and mean a lot more. You're asking for spam posts that actually make visitors go away, even though it may cost you 5 or 10 dollars.
