A full backup on cpanel will include email also. You may need the WHM access or your host should help to restore it.

Backup service is often included into package plan itself.

Don't get me wrong, but backup a host may be doing is only for functional purposes and usually shouldn't be relied on. Actually, it's worth checking the host's TOS to make sure about it.
My hosts ahosting.biz says that
Quote:
Backup files: (for Shared Servers)
Ahosting offers daily backup on Shared Servers but client is full responsibility about files and databases. We are not responsible if we can have any issue about server (hdd failure, fresh os installation and any other unexpected issues).

To the OP: your Home directory backup should include that of your mails.

As I know Webhostingbuzz.com guarantees daily and weekly backups in their budget package plans. The price of this feature is included into the cost of the sared package plan.

Backup for the email. As theread starter requested seems to be need for the email.
Which is not always the same as for site backup.
I think that ideal solution in this case - contact your company support directly.
