Anybody use Mac iWeb?

Having been used to Dreamweaver et al, Mac's iWeb seems like a strange beast, but a lot of people seem to use it for blogs.

Anyone here used it? Is it a realistic tool to use for professional website that are largely static (i.e. not forums, ecommerce etc)
