Question asp.net captcha

What server requirements for captcha creation in asp.net?
I know about gd library for php, but I'm a newbie in asp.
Please advice.

Oogh, seems not so easy for me.
I've googled some services like http://recaptcha.net, http://webspamprotect.com etc.
What do you think about this? It is reliable to use them?

I'm only confused with their captcha, it's seems too difficult. I'm not sure, that my customers want to digitize the books.
