I quite like the layout, but there can be few business areas to go into that are are more competative than ring tones.
Most phones now have MP3, people do not need to buy ringtones, they just record their own.

I dont like the Google adwords being higher than the tones themselves. It tells me you are expecting income from here and not fom the ringtones.

It looks fine to me. People always put the google ads there.

Looks alright ... 1 question how come you have 2048 users online.

The number is too high .... anyway, if its true - congrates! You should be earning a lot!
