Need a head admin.

I'm needing an extremely devoted admin. Someone who can help me advertise, and be responsible. I really can't offer money, but maybe we can work something out, maybe I can let you place an add at the footer or something. I'm going to be building a website and stuff like that so i don't have much time to keep a forum active. Please pm me for more info. I'm going to be the head admin the lead person, so anything you do must be said through me first, that means making mods and admins etc. I will do all that, you will be advertising, posting, and keeping the place active. I'm not sure how long this will be going on, maybe alog time maybe not depends how I think ur doing. If I see your doing nothing I'll go about looking for a new person for the job. I'm sorta strict when it comes to this, so I must beable to trust you.

You're asking too much for what you are offering. If a homeowner called me and told me I needed to rebuild their house, and that I better work hard or they would fire me, and then told me that they can't pay me, but I could put a sign in their yard, guess what I'd tell them to do with my sign.

Yup, it sure sounds like you're asking a lot for little reward...

You need to sell the potential benefits a bit, not just concetrate on what you want. Ask yourself 'would I be tempted, If I saw this post?'

No what I was meaning by that was; If I see that you arent trying, you just wanna be admin just for the heck of it and the pleasure of getting add money then I'll probably demote you.
