I'm going to sell my webmaster network due to a new project I'm going to dedicate my time and I realize it is quite hard managing many projects at once. I've decided to let go of this network which has huge potential, and has been advertised around for quite some time now.

Further Information

Directory is relatively new-launched, we launched it a couple of weeks ago. The forums and the front page have been heavily promoted, submitted to web directories and so on. Forum has been modded to improve the user experience, webmaster modifications have been installed on the forums.

Frontpage is completly custom-designed and is purely based on HTML, the frontpage design has never been sold earlier, and was completly designed for this network. Pagerank 2

Forums is powered by vBulletin (License will NOT be included) and it uses a free template that have been modified abit, edited some footer parts to improve the user friendliness and small blocks have been added. It has a few users signed up and a couple of posts have been made, but with some time you can give the forum a real boost! Pagerank 2

Web Directory is powered by IndexU a web directory script that is paid and will not be sold either, as it is impossible to include the script as it's not a separate license, its' a unlimited license I purchased.

Site has not been monetized, but it does have a Adsense Sharing system enabled for users to be able to share profits. Ads appear once a user creates a new thread/topic.

I haven't made up any BIN to be specific, it will be an auction, and will let it run for a while. Any bids starting at 100$ will be considered.
