It took me 2 weeks to make some changes, who likes it?

It's still that Logo,you log on to the site and that Neon Logo hits you right between the eyes and then you want to exit very quickly.It is only my observation and the poll seems to back me up.

We actually changed the logo into purple.

The poll seem to suggest that there is something wrong,all i can say again is how i see it when someone ask's to take a look.The actual site may be very good but its the 1st impression that put people off and its the Logo and that is all i can comment on.

Too colorful, too flashy. Need some work on design specially on the colors. Also take the penguin off, it makes it look like kids site unless you planned that way.

I think you may use white or something light colour as backkroung since the current contrast is not the best. The logo is too dynamic, i mean it distracts attention from your content and i suppose that it is against your aim. Ask yourself, what is my favourite place (think about forums) where you usually spend a lot of time. I hope iwebtool talk is one of them. How can you describe it? Is here something flashing? I don't think so. I think you should use the top/best forums as a model when designing the layout/backgound/logo/font-face and size.

No!!!! My Forum Was Hacked And Changed To Violation Of Law!

It's true. I was there watching it all unfold, helpless to prevent it because said hacker deleted everybody's accounts and banned everybody's IP's.

I fixed the board now. Now the board is happy and I also did some changes.

A vast improvement,well done but if you can sort that swirly Logo out with prehaps a single colour you would have cracked it
