I'm not sure, but I don't think many people earn $5000 with only adsense, they got multiply earning sources. (just what I'v read from others)

It certainly is possible and some might even earn more but might not like to reveal about their procedures and methods.

I once was making a big bucks with google bu out of the blue they suspended my account., did no pay my earnings.
Ad sense was here at http://www.wordsadwinner.com

They must have suspended you account for some reason in4free.
There would definently be people earning 5000 or more.
But you would have to do it full time.

Great content makes a great site.

i like entertaining sites, so i try games, gaming, videos, humour etc etc
I think this is the best way to go

ev8321 is right, great content and adsense techniques makes the blog to earn a lot of money. they said that online games is the best blog to earn traffic and earn money as well.

usearchme Just because there are other gaming sites around doesn't mean that you can't run a games website.
I found the top 10 flash games that i love playing and linked them via url in a blog. As it turns out, my favourite 10 games are also alot of other peoples favourites. If you make them easy to get to and easy to play (directions) your onto a winner.

I get about 20,000 page hits a month. I've only been up a month. Thing is I keep crashing my forum lol. But last month I had 185 unique hits, this month already over 215, is that good. How much would I earn with that.

to make $$$ with adsense you need traffic. In order to hit the $5000/year mark you would just need to generate $13.69/day. That is very realistic for many webmasters. If you have a website that gets 10,000 pageviews/day and you get a 1% click-through rate, that is 100 clicks. Now if you average $.15/click you come out to $15. That right there is $5475/year. It is very feasible for webmasters if they really put the effort into it.
