I have a blog at blogspot.I would like to know how much days can I see improvement on my Link.I have use a software called IBP which a friend had at home.Actually he did the seo for me but I can't see any more Improvement.I have only 9 link on google and 3 on yahoo.Does it take many time to see the Improvement?Can anyone suggest a cheap seo company which you have experience?

Risee, we need some more information, at least i need to give you real valuable suggestion. For what did you use IBP software, for directory submission?

If your looking for just a general SEO overhaul, it can take sometime as things need to work there way around the internet.

One way of speeding up changes on your site are getting some high PR quality back-links, write some articles, email requesting link exchanges and so on.

If for example you only have 9 or so links and im going to assume most of them are lower PR links they problobly don't get spiderd that often thus SE's dont visit your site regularly and new changes take longer.

Just do not resort to Auto link exchange programs - Its tempting as a newbie i know, specially as everyone is talking about Links, Links and more links.

But links from those auto link sites will hurt your Serps and possibly penalize you.
