I am lost when it comes to the value of my domain. I have used several free and paid services and have had values of $30. $1200. $8338 and a range of between $8000 - $12000.
The domain is wesitpets.com. We have had the domain since early late 2003 or early 2004. We have a pet sitting & dog walking service. We get about 500 to 600 first time visitors per month and have 4 pet sitters including my wife. We sit about 20 to 30 pets per day and will net about $50,000.00 in 2007. We rank extremely well on all of the major and many of the lesser search engines, our google pagerank is 2.

We have recently been asked by a few different people if we would consider selling our business and would like to know what to expect to get for the domain name separately. According to many of our customers they weren't able to find any of the other pet sitters in the area because our website was so dominant on the search engines and pet sitter directories.
We also have a few other domains used to compliment our main website.

I'm not an expert on domain values but it probaly not worth $8000-$12000 I would say closer to $30. estibot.com is a decent to atleast get an idea of a domains value

I have never before done a website for affiliate marketing purposes. However, I bought these two domains with the intent of building traffic and affiliate marketing but having doubts. Do these get enough traffic to waste my time:
www.gamepcvideo.com (6,100 searches) and www.demogamepc.com (5,700 searches). If not, I might as well try and sell them.
