Exclamation Frame, Post or Ads?

Ok, so which one do you prefer if you need Free Hosting?

Frame 4 Hosting is similar to Blogger, how they have the frame at the top.

Ads 4 Hosting is forced ads at your footer or header.

Post 4 Hosting is when you need to make a specific amount of posts per month.

Which is it? and Why!

Seems posting for hosting is an option for the web master and ads for hosting is an option for web hosting service provider.
