|  Staff for a Promising Forum

Most likely, lot of you know already about what this UNIBOARD, this project is all about. But, let me sum up again.
I, actually we are trying and currently planning to create a new forum, which should extend even beyond the Filipino Theme and shall cover all nations, languages and races independently, in other words, we are trying to achieve something big, a world forum.
Our concept is simple, we want to make a forum for everyone, for you and for me, for all of us to enjoy, meet new people, interact with each other and have fun.
To further enhance your understanding about uniboards, let me introduce to you the name unihboard itself.
It was me, myself who came up with that name, as it has two meanings to me, the first one: YOU [u] AND [n] I [i] BOARDS = A forum for you and I, where we can have fun and share thoughts together, while the second one: UNIVERSAL BOARDS = A independent forum open for everyone, no nationality restrictions or what so ever, serving as a universal spot online for everyone to gather together and have fun.
My Initial Plan:
Forum system, SMF 1.1.4 with the following major modifications
Gallery, Shop, Tinyportal, Arcade, Invite, Pretty URL, Anti Spam Email Protection, User Online Today, Titled Links, Custom Action, Google Tagged, SMf Sitemap, pm on registration, tos update, flag, custom profile, minimum symbols per post.
If you have any suggestion on other modifications kindly name them on the Uni CQS, also mention there if you have something against of any modification posted above.
Forum Theme, it would be good if you would help finding and suggesting forum themes for uniboards, I will soon open a test board jam packed with themes to choose from and add a poll to see whether you like or you do not.
Together with this, I need a GFX Team to help in personalizing the forum images and so, hopefully someone could take charge of this.
Staff, I am looking for some trust able people here to serve as staff.
I am in need of the following (arranged from highest to least rank in the system)
1 Head Admin
1 Admin
3 Community Staff (help mod, spam mod all in one)
2 Help Mod
2 Spam Mods
2 GFX Team Members
2 Reviewers
2 Package Dealers
1 Promoter
Hopefully, I can find this people here and hopefully you will volunteer to participate in any of the stated staff positions above.
Now next, for the images, can someone make an affiliate button for uniboards in advance? That would be very helpful indeed.

Head Admin
He/she has the highest rank above all, he or she can do all and anything she would want to do with the forum (but of course we cannot allow this person to do all and anything he or she wants, because something bad may happen, that's why this rank goes to one person only)
Admin
Actually the same as the head admin, only that these people cannot edit the account details of the Head Admins.
Community Staff or also known as Global Moderator
These people serve to be the Help and Spam Moderators in one and (1st) should be active in posting threads, not only replies (2) guide people who are out of place, welcome newbies and so (3) contribute to the development of the forum in a way of inviting people to the forum.
Spam Moderators
These people mainly take charge of the posting behavior of the members, as their main objective is to encourage others to post by themselves posting a lot on the forum, not only forum games but quality topics and replies.
GFX Coordinators
These people take charge of the GFX Corner of the forum and are there to fullfil requests done by the members who want some graphics to be done.
Help Moderators
Most of you have been in malls already, correct? So, yo probably know about the information center they have, correct? This is their main job, helping people out who are in trouble with the forum and the software, also those who are asking for help in the Advice Column and the CQS Forum.
NEW TEAM (Uni dLoarders
They serve in helping members by granting their requests in music and softeware a like manner.
Package Manager
We will soon be opening posts exchanges with other forums and are offering post packages (they post on us and we post on them type) to attract forum owners and admins of other forums to come and join us, these people are those who will volunteer in posting on other forums accordingly to the package the respective people are requesting.
Everyone who has not been chosen to be working as an official staff member, you can still act as one (step up when no one is around or when you feel someone is in need of your help)
