I think that if you submit to SE's to much it will be depramental in the long run,maybe once a month but every day a BIG no no

each site i set up, i register it on the search engines once

I agree with this 100%. I don't waste my time submitting to search engines.
I just try to get as many backlinks as possible and eventually, the site gets indexed automatically by search engines.

I only sent my site to Google, Yahoo, and some other search engine. I definitely don't plan on doing that much.

I submitted to Google and they have always shown good results for my site in comparison to Yahoo but since i submitted to Yahoo SE about 2 weeks ago i am seeing more results from it and now yahoo and google are almost always crawling my site as well as many other small SE.

The only thing is that i have also received alot of inbound links from PR3 + 4 sites recently.

Really! may responses have been saying posting once is better?
