 |  htmlBlock software - any oppinions? Has anyone used htmlBlock software? I was looking for software or online tool to be able encrypt part if the templates code. I believe WordPress has some kind of footer link protection so I was looking for something similar. The only free software that keeps on pupping up is HTML Block. Does anyone have any feedback about this software or may point me to another free tool? Thanks |

| Re: htmlBlock software - any oppinions? Skinner, i have no experience with html block, but i belive you may want to try out this html encrypter tool. Maybe it will do the job.

| Re: htmlBlock software - any oppinions? Thanks Bagi. I saw similar tools but this is not what I am looking for... Do you know any non-java tools maybe? I want the code to be encrypted if you try to edit it but browser should be able to show original code. The purpose is to prevent someone from removing sponsor links from the footer of the templates I distribute for free. I did a little search and found that about 50% of people who using my templates have removed sponsors and my own links. I am not sure if using java encryption will let SE spiders find and register these links as valid... |

| Re: htmlBlock software - any oppinions? It seems that i found something for you. The php file which is protected with this product won't be readable in text editors but works prperly as a part of website.
