Curvy Google Traffic

You may have experienced this. If I look at Google Analytics I see the traffic curve is like a wave, goes up and down. Can somebody explain why this happens?

we have the same result. in that case, i'am consistently doing link building at the same time finding another technique.. thats all.

Do you mean the traffic goes down at the weekend ? Like this

Well, it just shows the visitors activity of your site and it's normal to have some changes with the results in Google Analytics..but a huge drop (see the illustration above by fellowknowbest) is an indication that there might be a problem with your site..

fellowknowbest thats exactly what I was saying. Thanks for the pic.
As you see on the pic traffic goes up and down like a curve. On my site I have seen it varies by hundreds. Most of the time it goes up after Googlebot (as I get most visitor from Google) visits the site. Then after few days it starts going down until next Googlebot visit.
