Manual directory submission service only for 5$

I will submit your link manually, along with keywords and description, to many directories. All of this is done manually. I will try to provide you best service of directory submission. Those directory I will use for submissions are seo friendly and have a PR-8 to PR-4. All are index by search engine.
Only I need the following details.

Title:
url:
First choice category: (optional)
Second choice category: (in case your 1st choice is not available) (optional)
Description: between 50~250 character
Keyword:
Your Name:
Your email: (be sure to use one that you don't use too often because it will get some spam probably after all the submissions.)

I just noticed that my previous post was lost....I didn't think I lost any posts in the hack...Anyhow.

Xoom, the reason that I would like to review the list of directories is because I have submitted my site to thousands of directories, and I want to make sure that there aren't any directories on your list that I have submitted to. I will not make any use of your list, and I won't make it public, I understand your need to protect your information. If you can do that, then after you send me the list, I will send you the info, and any directories on your list that I don't want you to submit my site to.

The service was good. There were only a few submissions that were rejected because of this or that reason. I received over 40 confirmation emails out of 50 submissions, so he definitely gave what he promised. Although, I would have liked to have the directory list that was submitted to in the submission report so that I know not to submit to them again.
