Nice site, I would change the orange and blue text though.

You can use an online image resizer like http://www.resize2mail.com/ or you can use any digital image manipulation program that saves files using the .jpg format. Corel Draw, Paint Shop Pro, Photoshop are some examples of programs that will help....There are also free programs that you can find on the web that will do the same thing.

The problem with using HTML to resize images is that the resizing is done after your visitor has already downloaded the picture. If you have a lot of large pictures, it will slow down your pages load time significantly. Also, because the resizing is done on the client browser, the image is resized, instead of being resampled...What that means is that the quality of the image is poor.

I think if you make the background on your website color a little brighter, it will be a little easier on the eyes.

Ok I redid the main page from all your suggestions. Brighter font colors and more images. The css is very complicated and I didnt want to mess it up so i left the background the same. If anyone in here is good with css I could send you my css file and you can have at it. Well let me know if you think it is an improvement. http://www.wcvsigns.com
Thanks
