Where to find affiliates?

Hi, guys! Recently we have launched our affiliate program (we deal with web templates creating and selling). I want to ask your advice: what to do to attract affiliates and where I can find them? I know that there are many people who are affiliates of templatemonster, yes we are engaged in the same business but still we want to find our own clients and affiliates who will not compare us with that company.
So can you help and advice methods of promoting our program? Any opinions will be appreciated.

Your best choice probably is to join some affiliate network like Commission Junction or LinkShare. There is a whole bunch of them out there.

You will probably have to put some money on escrow account to guarantee payments to the affiliates but at the same time you will save money on advertising your affiliate program.

It's going to be the network's job to promote your affiliate program but you may have to still review and approve applications.

Thanks a lot for your advice. I really appreciate it. We will try this method (I have proposed it my boss, he liked it and asked to find something else). Any other ideas? Please, help.
