Mods Needed

I need Mods for my forum! Im posting this topic until the other gets a responce.

I need 1 more Super mod and 2 more Regular mods.

Anybody wants to be a Super mod or a Regular Mod.

You shouldnt do it like that. You should have a contest who ever posts the most in a month gets it or what ever. You can run inot untrustworthy people who dont deserve it, and someone who does didnt get it. Take it from me, Ive had alot of problems over the last 2 years or so with forums.

Yea it does..If you got some loyal member, who posts brings members to the forum, and so fourth, and you have someone else who you say "Erm...Wanna Be a Mod..Der" and hes like year. He posts one time, it's spam, not worth anything, causes members to leave, what did you get outa that nothing. I'm not ranting you Ive just had some bad mods who said they knew what they where doing. I'll tell a story another day.

hahahahahahahaha, Dude, im way to busy as it is. I recoment demoting ur 5 admins do mods, only u should be an admin so they dont chage passwords and such./

Giving Rank to members 'cause of post count is not professional, really; it can easily be abused.
Remember, trust is what counts not post.

You have just 14 registred members on your board

lol yea seriously, you only need a mod for every 20 members or so. You have 14 members, with 5 mods or what ever, you have to many sections, correct the then we can help ya a bit more.
