Bill, the design is really awesome in my opinion, but if i were you i would rethink the title tag after checking the certain searching trends of the possible keyphrases. And i belive placing this code
to the .htaccess file, which will redirect the history of the domain/index.html to the main domain.

One recommendation- I would change the onmouseover color of the toolbar from pink to perhaps a grayish shade of light blue. Otherwise, very nice site!

Do you absolutely must have this w3c button on the bottom? Get rid of it or make your own small one.

Top navigation...
- change text color for the hover state - yellow is hard to see on the pink background.
- add a separator image between buttons for the hover and active state - two pink buttons are joined into one and don't look good.

Other than that nice design. Good job!

Very nice. Very icony.. can expect nothing less than quality icons after seeing this. That big orange image is brilliant for attracting attention, contrasting with the background. I like it very much!

Top navigation is too light, deep color may look nice, otherwise navigation is lost in body images.
