Little too crowded - space it out a bit.
You may want to add left border to the right column to separate it from the main content.

For the navigation in the left column you may want to increase line-height and may be add hover background color change.

Other than that - simple and clean...

It simple and neat. i advise you add more colors and space it up a bit.

Site is neat but looks full of black and gray.

Use some more color, use a thin border around the images, change the navigatioin, those looks dead.

It’s a very simple and “old style” website. Try to use other colors and add some graphic.
