Default Alexa

Anyone know what is happening with the Alexa widgets that are placed on websites?

They are currently showing "No Data"

Are you talking about the newly built Alexa graphs, showing the traffic data or something else?

I personally don't see much point in using them on a site at all unless you are listing other sites on the web where you may then show them in another sites information or review. If you just have used them to show your sites alexa ranking, then I don't see much point in that and I think it would actually lower your sites quality.

Just my opinion though.

I don't think alexa data is accurate than PR ... if I browse my site installing alexa toolbar, it will certainly go up ... is it possible for PR?

Alexa data is not that useful, its an indication only, it can be manipulated, if you keep going back to your own site then your ranking can go up. - manipulating Alexa rank.

Buying links, isn't that a method of manipulating PR (maybe not for much longer).

Both ranks can be manipulated, the rank can then be skewed. How can anything that canbe manipulated be accurate?
