Well, the design is not bad at all, but i experienced that you haven't tried to exploit the marketing side so far. I suggest you to write a more talkative keyword rich title tag for the main page instead of the brand name. For instance

or something similar. And i belive that writing an expressive short biref about your content and placing that as meta description may help to improve the traffic from search engines since that suppose to appear under your listing at SERPs.

Its not bad, i agree with Bagi about a keyword rich title however.
I dont understand people who use online proxies it just does not make sense id rather use Elite Proxy Switcher (Free Version) every proxy ever thinkable [http://www.eliteproxyswitcher.com/index.php]
