Default Is mankind totally to blame?

Is mankind totally to blame for climate change?

Ok we have an effect, but historically long before we were around there ahave been some HUGE climate changes.
So are we the sole cause or just helping along what is going to happen anyway?

I personally dont feel as though we are to blame 100%
though we do contribute towards it greatlly.

The "climate changes" have been happening for billions of years its just the way of life.

Before we know it, it will be another ice age =]

Only the strongest will survive.

We don't respect the earth (yet). So going forward it would be helpful to care for our home.

I wouldn't worry about the climate changes really, it will be along time until something dramatic happens. Probably not in our lifetime. But I do my little bit to help the environment, but I don't go out of my way. The government are to blame for all climate change if anything, we can only use their taxed fuels to power our cars legally. Although we have discovered thousands of ways to power vehicles economically - blame the greedy government guys.

i dont think we are entirely to blame, but we have been a big part of it, and since the industrial revolution, that has been a big contributor to climate change in my opinion. 60 years of industrial revolution would have probably accounted for 200 years worth of natural climate change if the industrial revolution hadn't have been around.

I personally don't think we are totally to blame. After all the Earth is still warming up from the last ice age. Remember the Dinosaurs? Their climate was warmer that it is today.

All through the history of our planet, the earth as warmed and cooled so many times. But I do believe we are speeding up the process.

I imagine that mankind has some effect in global warming; however, I don't think that it is significant. I seem to recall that scientists predict that the sun will grow and that earch will be swallowed up...mankind gone long before that.

That theory seems plausible, as scientists have observed global warming on other planets in our solar system. I don't imagine that cows can have much of an effect outside of our atmosphere.
