Its a prediction based on the amount of backlinks & other factors, It can be accurate but you must continue to develop your domain & backlinks otherwise it will start to drop. You must remember search engines such as Google some times change there ways of calculating PR so my personal opinion says it cant be 100% accurate but it can give you a rough idea.
