Lexmarks, i really liked the SEF URls but i belive that you may brand your site much faster with a custom phpBB design. The current one is not very unique. As i see this is an entertaining related website so let the vistors and the google searchers know this writing expressive title tag.

It looks like you have way too many categories. Also you should try and make some 'fake' accounts to make it look more popular.

ah, it's naff.
Just a standard board, standard colours. Dull as anything.
Change the colours, change the images, change the layout. Get a decent domain name.
Give it a focus - what is the board about? It can't be chat about anything, that's way to general.
Remove most of the forums until there are no more then 10.

im not deleteing anything I CAN'T AFFORD $100 A MONTH FOR V-BULLETIN or for a domian name. that costs money.

Domain name $5-10 a year

I agree with the above comments, you need to spice up the site with a logo and fewer categories.
