Are you crazy? Did you read the entire thread or just skim? He makes $10 a day from the website. That alone makes it worth it.

Could you provide some proof of income? If the site is making $10.00 per day, you should be asking more than $1000 for the site as a starting price.

Also, please provide proof of stats, ie number of visitors, unique visitors, source of traffic, etc...

Was part of the reason that you are selling because Adsense banned you for alleged click fraud that may or may not have taken place on the site you are selling?

And please, if you are accepting bids on other forums, you should link to those posts so that we can be sure that you are in fact receiving bids that you claim to be getting. Thank you.

EDIT - I just noticed that your home page isn't indexed in Googles index, can you explain why?

Basing the value of a site off of PR alone is a mistake. PR offers little as a means by which to tell the value of a site, in fact, I would take a PR0 site that earns $10 per day over a PR5 site making only $5.00 per day, and I'd be willing to pay more for it.

pagerank doesn't really matter as long as there is a community and traffic. $10/day comes out to $300/month. That is worth $50 in my opinion. Too bad I'm not looking otherwise this is a good deal.
