I am considering sell this site for bigger project if I can get good offer. The site is more or less than 2 years but i just re-launch it 7 days ago, since the re launch of the site there are already 195 free signups and 8 paid members.

The script being used in the site is custom script created by me. All the content of the site will be included to the deal.

site is PR 4... , averaging 200 unique a day with 22,000 back links according to yahoo explorer..

Your site is just having PR3 and almost none of the sub pages have any PR!!! Its not worth even $70 (you asked $7000 - are you crazy?)...

I AM SURE NO ONE WILL BUY at $7000 - MY GUARANTEE of 1 MONTH - if you can sell - i will pay $100 extra or if you cant you pay me $100 - want to take a challenge?

Nopes. I am not doing this to promote my site.

I am working with lots of clients and outsourcing their projects. So dont have time to even check iwebtool everyday. I am a member here since a long but i rarely get online here. Today, i saw lots of people selling their sites here so as i posted messages in many other posts to buy their sites - but you know what??? i saw they all have written that they have higher PR but today when i opened their sites... their PR is showing less than what they indicated!!

Any way, good luck to sell your site at your price! talk later. bye!

I would value your site at around £250, but only to the right person. It's not worth £5 to me I'm afraid.

it seem very eye catching to say that ...
but please show some proof about this insted of bragging about it

Currently the site have already 800 free members and 87 paid members

It seems you are still wanting to sell but not many people are interested to buy on your asking price!!!

I told you already that its not even worth more than $100.

But i know, you may oppose me again and may get angry now. So, keep looking around and if in future - if you have not sold it off then i will be still interested to buy at a price i quoted.

No thanks, I am earning from the site a steady 80+ paid members at 19.50 month that is $1,696 month way way far from your offer. I can keep the site now for steady monthly income, and you will keep your $100
