Meta description & Meta keywords in page content

Is there any guideline to how much of your Meta description & Meta keywords information should be on your page content.

Is it useful or sensible to repeat your meta description on you page content and use all the keywords or it going over the top?

There is, using repeated keywords is spamming....

The key is in keyphrases that way you can cover your keywords & description while not spamming just like i use:

Covers some keywords while still been the sub-title of my website.

I changed my meta keyword and description few days ago. just quite short contents and some pages have repeated keyword since i use the title of the page as keyword (forget to arrange). The last 4 days i see increased traffic (almost 3 times) but not sure because of the changes on meta on my site or i fix the error on my sitemap. you could check the on my site if you wish.

meta tags provide informative and useful information about the site. It is an integral part of promotional strategy and the used of meta tags should be informative , well written description and your targeted keywords.

Remember that meta descriptions aren't just for automated spiders, they're also there for real people - you need to balance your keywords with meaningful rext tham makes people actually want to visit your site once it's appreared in the SE listings.

Meta keywords are pretty much old hat and not particularly important these days...
