![]() | Consider an example. We have the website which: I. index.php ( PR 7 ) II. news.php ( PR 5 ), forum.php ( PR 5 ), contacts.php ( PR 5 ). III. news.php?id=1 ( PR 3), news.php?id=2 ( PR 3) ...... ( these links are form news.php ) For example, i have a link to the website www.website.com in news.php?id=1 . So i get a part of "news.php?id=1" PR. I would like to ask. Does google give me more points that the page index has pagerank = 7 ( i haven't link in index.php, but i have a link in news.php?id=1 )? Or is it the same that if i had a link from the website www.website2.com ( those PR = 3 ).? Sorry, maybe a silly question.

Why not? the higher the index, the higher the news, which in turn means the higher the news.php?id=xx pages ? I'm assuming the news is linked from the the index....as that seems to be implied by the original poster. | |
