Default User edited content

I'm trying to open up my website to allow members to add content to the site. Right now, I'm using FreeTextBox html editor to write content and save to the database. As you can see from my website, my style is already predefined and basically the same for each article. If I start allowing <ul> and <b> and <img> and inline styles, I'm afraid my site will layout will become uncontrollable.

Is there any advice one how to allow others to add content, but keep the styles and layout the same?

Well, if you can keep the content seperate, you can keep the site in order. In other words, allow a member to upload images or text, but not both....Otherwise, they'll have to also control the order of the page. Or, you can allow a single image upload with text, like on classified sites, and predefine the layout of each submissoin.
