 |  Re: Should you pay for links? It's hard to tell/determine what are the paid links. Maybe the site with paid links won't be penalize by Search Engines. The link will probably treat the same as reciprocal links where the links are not counted or has less worth than the natural one-way link. |

| Re: Should you pay for links? Sometimes you need to do. Please find good links to buy. One tip is to check backlinks in other URLs which buy links. You will see that there are many nice and cheap links to buy.

 | Re: Should you pay for links? For the most part, web masters sell links based solely on the PR of the page the link will appear, or the front page of the site the link will appear on. If you buy a link from a directory that has a home page of PR6, you are still almost guaranteed to be buying a link on a page with a PR of 0. So, if you are buying a link based on PR, then I wouldn't do it...It's almost always not worth it. However, like usearchme said, if you are gaining traffic from the site, then it's possible that it may be worth it. Also, if the site is relevant to your site and the site that your link will appear is a quality site, then it also may be worth it. Don't buy from a directory, any directory, it's never worth it, if you do, don't pay more than $2 or $3 for a permanent regular listing. It is sometimes worth it to buy a premium link in a web directory, depending on where you link is placed, and how relevant the page is to your site. |
