I agree, it is a hassel to have to try to find 10 other people to rep....If a person gives a rep deserving post, and then shortly thereafter gives another, it would only be fair that they get the reputation they deserve. I think that if there is a limitation, that it should be 3 instead of 10....That way reputation is being spread around, because we want members to make use of the system, yet it's a bit less random and more directed towards those that truly deserve the rep.
