Web 2.0 techniques?

Someone on this forum once metioned that

incorporate Web 2.0 techniques in your advertisement. Its free and could be easy to find targeted customers for your products.

But I haven't got a clue what Web 2.0 techniques is??

Any ideas?

It's the same thing as Web 2.0 techniques....There are design techniques, like rounded corners, cleaner graphics, and lighter color radiants that some people call web 2.0. There are also other aspects to creating web ideas, like social bookmarking, that others consider web 2.0. In reality, it's still the same old web, no upgrades have been made. But, if you want to follow the fad, the most important thing that you can do is round some corners, and put the word "Beta" after your sites name in the header.

I have heard that phrase tossed around the last few weeks also. I was wondering what it was myself.
