Your site represent that level concerning webdesign which i would like to achive with my sites in the future. I guess you are big fan of ajaxrain or you are one of the contributors

but the title tags are extremly long all around the site. I would like to suggest you to hunt up some keyword selector tools which may help you to find the best expressions insted of this kind of list.

Overall i see that this is very nice web site!
I also see long titles and as per me this will be easy to fix, i assume that you have added standard tag

in title tags.

i would advice that there are no use of this standard text in all page titles, keep title as per post, for example for a page

Title shoould be - Exercise during pregnancy can lead to miscarriage: study and not added standard part, MSN may like big titles but Google like short and to the point titles!

Overall good work, i see one more extra tag in source code which has no use "<meta name="title" content="Exercise during pregnancy can lead to miscarriage: study" />"

thank you all for giving me your suggestions, actually this site has been started since 2 weeks and I tried to develop it more and more, the required programming has been done, as you know this work should be done by a team , however I am the only person with a limited time. Is there any body who interested in helping me out in this site and updating it ?

I have another question, form the SEO point of view if links ends to .html is better or the way that I set right now in the site? I mean is this better http://www.gitexdxb.com/health/exerc...age-study.html or this one http://www.gitexdxb.com/health/exerc...carriage-study

As far as i can remember Mr. Matt Cutts made a declaration not very long ago that the file extensions don't play any role, so if i were you i would choose the plainer. I think that this gitexdxb.com/health/exerc...carriage-study is it.

Too many meta keywords in homepage ... google may consider keywords stuffing.

The using of keywords to your site is quite good and you need to promote it using your keywords as to rank well in search engines.
